         Bruce’s Best is the brainchild of Bruce Beck, the noted New York City cooking teacher and food writer.  He is an experienced baker and confectioner, and was recently featured in AP’s new website/news service, ASAP (http://asap.ap.org/stories/356710.s). 
         Bruce has wanted to create just the right chocolate business for several years now.  In the winter of 2006 he decided on truffles, mainly because he loves to watch people’s faces light up just at the mention of the word.  He spent the ensuing months organizing the business and formulating the product, preparing for a September launch..
         Bruce’s Best is registered to do business in New York City, with an office in Manhattan and production facilities in the northeast Bronx on Eastchester Road near Pelham Parkway.
